Refund policy
Here at Single Soul we understand not everything you buy is a keeper. We try our best to provide high quality photos and create accurate and meaningful descriptions. But, sometimes items look a little different in person or items just don't fit quite right. Therefore, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them. Of course we expect you to try items on, but the items can not be worn for an extended period of time if they are to be returned. The items must be in new, unused condition with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This simply means when you email us about your return, just include the order number in the email, so we can easily find your order. :)
Our return process is free and super simple. To start a return, contact us at contact@singlesoul.shop. We’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please contact us before returning an item, or we will not be able to accept the return. As soon as the returned item is received, we will credit your original form of payment.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Other items that can not be returned are Mystery Boxes and goods that are being sold at store discounts such as clearance items. Promotional, affiliate or ambassador discount items are returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift card purchases.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different size or a new item, just send us an email at contact@singlesoul.shop. We will try our best to exchange all items, but due to limited supply or low inventory, specific items or sizes may no longer be available. Another option is a store credit. If an exchange is not possible, we can simply issue a store credit which can be used toward any future purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your returned items are in new, unused condition, we will automatically refund your original payment method. Please remember it can sometimes take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but we'll do our best to quickly process the return on our end.
